		<description>I'd been seduced, by the glowing reports coming out of the Bundesliga, into believing that Luca Toni was set to impose himself (Toto Schillaci-like) on the tournament. Instead of getting even remotely close to doing that he instead ended up being described, by Eamonn Dunphy, as a "Poor-man's Peter Crouch". Oh dear.</description>
