Thanks, bbb. I’m three times as tired as I’d normally be already so what’ll that make me next year? 15 times as tired? Is that even possible?

Congratulations. Nothing can prepare you for the time ahead, you’ll all be learning day by day. In a year’s time you’ll be twice as happy as now, hard though that might seem (but 5 times as tired).

Actually, I’m currently de-manky-fying the house. Clearing out all the potentially hazardous manky waste that has gathered over the last few years. It’s like ethnic cleansing. Only more benign.

The good news is that she’s now out of her incubator and into a cot. Out of Intensive Care and into High Dependency (next step – Special Care and then home).

We can’t wait.
